Usually within 2 weeks of the end of a production is the Settling Up meeting, which is open to all members. The producer reports back on the production, the treasurer details the costs, and any profit (or loss) made. It is an opportunity to raise items for discussion by the group, or committee.
Any profit made from a production is generally reinvested into the Players infrastructure including stage furnishings and updating the lighting and sound systems. Funding for participation in training courses is provided and on occasion, the Players will make a donation to important village projects.
